★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I firmly insist the FASTAG protocol must be followed. Vehicles without FASTAG can pass in the track which does not serve purpose of savings of time. Improvements for separating FASTAG and Non FASTAG Vehicles would be highly appreciated.
Additionally, the road is pathetic in Kheda district, after paying high amount of tax there is no repair or maintenance of road. I am traveling from Bhagodara to Nadiad in the last 1 & half years and there is no improvement in road. This should be highlighted by government and need to take strict action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road is proper. Management is poor. Do not respond to any complaint. Staff is not available in the office, if you want to submit your written complaint.
Request to Minister to look in to for proper arrangement, as we are paying toll tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly travel through this route. Even after 3-4 months, the damaged barrier is not repaired yet, probably for the 3rd fastag line. Instead of coming swiftly to take away the road divider, lazily the toll person will come and take away it.. this wastes more time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no public washroom here now. They do have inside their office, but there is no signage to guide you there. Even when you reach, it takes them 10 minutes to locate the keys to Ladies Washroom. All staff are without masks. No sanitizers available. When questioned, they proudly answer "we are all vaccinated here". Even the RFID sensors are not working in most of the lanes and they have to use a probe gun. Since manpower is not required to scan the fastags, I wonder why they keep 50 percent of lanes randomly closed.
