★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am aware of Ahuja Radios since many years for their impeccable instruments , but I had a very bitter experience with their distributors M/s Farco at NR road Bangalore.
We had purchased a DPA 570 for our Titan Eye Plus Showroom. The installation was done and the understanding was to install and if found okay , then payment will be done with in a day.
The installation was done and the service persons were very rude and unreasonable . We had repeatedly told them that next day morning the payment will be done, from the back end office , but the uninstalled the system took it and went back. Can you ever experience such a behavior?
Are you a monopoly vendor ? I will mention this experience in all social media so that people should come to know . Titan being a tata company requires thousands of these sets for their showrooms .
I am going to inform them not to go ahead with such dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite AHUJA boasts about its existence since 80 years, exports and countrywide sales network, there are no "Service Centers" in any part of the country. However the experienced third party technicians struggle to get the damaged products to work. Except this there is no person trained by AHUJA as their service engineer and no spare parts supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a PA system from so called authorized Ahuja agent in Sri Lanka. Receiver of a horn speaker failed just after 3 months. Now the agent is acting very rude. No replacements for the defective product even within the warranty period. Only repair. Didn't expect this from a brand like this. I will not recommend it to anybody in my country.
