★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time I visit there, I reached by 10:15 am bcoz Company time is 10 to 6 PM. I stay there till 11 am no any staff available in company. Its a customer service center and no one there to attend to customer. Service to doooor ki bat hai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspection was done professionally and not rushed at all, I was given a detailed job sheet for my camera that included the aerial number of the camera body as well as the lenses (doesn't mention the charges though be sure to ask about these explicitly)
There is a Rs.300 inspection charge (you have to pay that irrespective of whether you get your camera fixed/serviced or not) but that is common for all authorised service centres I've been to across the country (although the amount charged varies)
