It is thrillingly noticed and get reported from the Circles that several fresh Memberships are getting enrolled with AIBSNLEA.

AIBSNLEA is the lone gentle and capable Association holding thousands of Executives from all disciplines of BSNL under its shelter for arranging legitimate benefits to our esteemed members. The legacy and pride of AIBSNLEA is unmatched with any other Associations in BSNL.

It is also reported that some low-priced sentimental move from our sister associations are going around our members in some pockets telling that AIBSNLEA will be either Support or Merge with them. This is totally baseless and false. As loudly declared in our AIC at Chennai in March 2022, AIBSNLEA will fight independently in the next referendum also. We request our Sister Associations also to stop these foul plays.

AIBSNLEA has clear clarity on the fact that  all Executives in BSNL are well capable of understanding what is going on in BSNL from the side of Associations positioned at MA & SA specially in settling Long pending HR issues including Promotions for All Cadres , 30% SAB , implementation of Standard Pay Scales E2 & E3 and E1+5 increments etc. When we analyze the Performance of BSNL Associations for the Past 5.5 years, i.e. right from 1^st referendum, only AIBSNLEA could yield something for the Executives in terms of Mass Promotions in all Cadres during 2018. Even though AIBSNLEA was the Support Association by that time we could yield much for the benefits of Executives when the then Majority Association was asking for only CPSU cadre Hierarchy. AIBSNLEA is always for the better promotion prospective of Executives but on practicality.

Presently , even our long pending genuine promotions in all cadres are lasting for years together and our executive comrades are deeply  frustrated in a way that cannot be narrated here through words but it can be experienced by those who have been really affected viz SDE(T) to AGM(T) , AO to CAO , SDE(E) to EE(E) , SDE( C ) to EE( C ) , PS to PPS , PPS to Sr PPS and all others. Here we are not blaming only to the Management for not happening the promotions , but what contributions from the MA(Majority Association ) and SA( Support Association ) have been rendered  is the matter of concern for the Executives in BSNL. Had AIBSNLEA been in the helm of affairs, certainly the promotion orders could have been released already in all Cadres is an assured fact based on our past experience as had been showcased in 2018. Why did MA and SA sign MOU with Management? What is the logic behind it? Do any OM  from DOT is there to issue promotion orders through  MOU? Moreover, what is the basic logic behind in arranging signature from one welfare association for promotion ? Is it not the utter failure of MA and SA ? In many departments and PSUs , pending  promotion orders are being released and why only in BSNL it has been not been happened ? Is it also  not the failure of MA and SA of BSNL ?  Intentionally AIBSNLEA has not taken part in this drama because we felt that MA and SA are not serious on getting the promotion orders released, though we have the support of Thousands of beloved executives in BSNL

BSNL Executives made mandate for MA and SA for extracting out the genuine  rights of the executives including due promotions from Management than engaging with some sort of drama. Even now we feel that enough windows of possibilities are there to get the long pending promotion orders released for all cadres in BSNL. It is saddened to note that by hitting on the term of “Reservation in Promotion”, promotions in all verticals for all executives including OC/SC and ST are struck and road block is happened. AIBSNLEA perceive that this dead lock can easily be unlocked with suitable Key combinations.

AIBSNLEA is not telling some sentimental stories and not wishing to showcase some website series of Agitation Dramas to canvass members as we feel  that  all executives in BSNL are well educated and knowledgably ahead to understand what is what …
