Hope for best.
Built up quality is good.
Locality is spacious and less clustered.
Low density area.
Good for investing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know from where to start, I went there to see the project last week . Sales Agent MR. RANJIT, don't have adequate knowledge about sales. Anyhow he had shown us two inventory flats which was on 6th Floor in the corner side and one on the 11th floor in the middle side. I was very much elated to see the flat of the 6th floor and was ready to invest my hard earn money in this project. Mr. RAJIV SAINI, Sales Head was told me that 6th floor was already book. You can take 8th Floor Flat no. 803 (corner side)as inventory is available I asked him to show the flat no 803. he told us that "6th floor view and the 8th floor view is same", and right now keys are not available with me. Somehow I was convinced and told him that I will discuss with my parents and will book the token amount on the next day for flat no 803 as I was statisfied with the view seen from 6th floor and thought 8th floor is OK for us. Next day when I reached there with my family to book the flat and asked them to see the exact flat 803 as it is ready to move flat, MR. RAJIV SAINI firstly did not entertain us, and was busy in his own stuff and asked MR. RANJIT, SALES PERSON to show us Flat no. 801 and 802 as flat no. 803 keys are not available. By asking him second time he then told us that it was booked. I didn't know how can the flat 803 is booked overnight. Mr RAJIV SAINI didn't even properly maintained the inventory sheet of the flat. I didn't understand how can a person in such a high position is so careless, so rude, so impolite. So please think twice before investing in this project, lot of technical flaws were also seen there, balconies are so nearer to each other that one can see other neighbourhood activities so closely. And don't even come under the trap of this SALESPERSON AND SALESHEAD Mr RANJIT AND MR. RAJIV SAINI respectively..

Apart from this layout of the project is good and 2bhk and 2+study are available first .
They have ready one sample flat as of now.
