OPD PROCESS:
1. First get appointment from Rajkumari Building Counter
2. They provide the future date for OPD
3. Come on that day and go to PCR and get current date appointment.
4. Then go to the 4th floor for ENT OPD.
5. Come on room No. and meet doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Doctors & His department was fantastic, but when we talking about that 4th floor opd counter. There have 5 counters but only2 counters are currently working. Staff was rude.. I just saw the ladies staff she has comes at counter, but not entertaining to peoples are waiting.. My Ratings out of 5 is 1 specially for Opd staff..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely good infrastructure and so well maintained as well clean. Got my parents vaccinated on 8 floor. Took 10mins to get all the things done + 30 mins waiting after getting the jab! Easy to reach and navigate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queues for OPD registration is always the toughest part of AIIMS. It usually takes 2-3 hours to get your name registered and get an OPD card and it doesn't matter whether you are taking online appointment first or you're coming directly, ratios of people in queues are same.
For neurology department.
One should have a refer card from another hospital without it they are not going to make your OPD card and they will not even think twice about that. You should have a refer from another legitimate hospital otherwise your long and hard hours in queue will go in vain. Best of luck.
