There is an old man who I assume was the owner of the shop who was not even allowing to switch the ignition on ofbthe display bikes.
FZ 250 not available for test ride.
Salesman not interested.
Worst experience ...even if I go for it will not buy from this dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience to my recent visit to AIMS Yamaha, Thane has been bad, frankly speaking the sales executive's approach towards me was very cold, the executive showed no enthusiasm, non interactive, no smiling face or interest in showing or explaining to me the features of the motorcycle.
a) No brochures available, told me to see on website online.
b) Test rides for FZX, FZ25 were not available. For FZ150, BS4 version was available even though transition of BS4 to BS6 bikes was more than a year and still they are still providing BS4 test bikes.
c) Price breakup was not provided in the quotation, when asked he told me to take a photo of the printed page available with them.
d) Very causal response with respect to exchanging my old bike with new.
e) Wrong information provided for bike specifications when asked. It is very important for the sales executive to have full knowledge about bike specifications & features. Wrong information is not acceptable.
Most of the questions were answered in one line during my interaction with the sales executive. I could not see the need to convert an enquiry into oppurtunity and that oppurtunity into sales in him.
In short, it was a disappointing experience visiting Yamaha AIMS showroom and had to return home unhappily. Yes it does hurts you when travelled to the showroom 15kms one way from my home to get such cold reception from the showroom.
My only reason for writing the review is to let you know my experiences that I have gone through in visiting this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst, arrogant and least supportive staff. Have purchased FZ250 BS6, 2 months back, which turned out to be defective. No support of staff on approaching them for further guidance, instead the staff showing arrogance and throwing the responsibility on us. Still roaming here and there between service center, AIMS showroom, and MRF tyre showroom. Still the problem isn't solved and bike continues to stay defective.
