No one will entertain you, you only have to go and beg for all the details.
Struggled a lot to clear all my documentation and remaining work.
Accessories also of very poor quality...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to Thane service center. Robbery works. The work was not done properly. My suggest not visit thane service center nitin company. The free service is named Only. was looted with money. Very cheep sarvies center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst servicing I get of tvs ntorq 125 race xp . At 1st servicing they not wash the bike perfectly after washing they not clean the bike , also not putting engine oil in full amount. Very bad experience. Please change the staff of mechanics.

I met with an accident due to their negligence. I just went for the regular scooter service & for oil change but they said both my front brake pad and back break liner is spoiled and asked me to replace the same. I believe the parts what they showcased was not my actual parts, since my braking system was very smooth till date but I had no other option and had to give them the go ahead to replace it. But later it stucked my mind when they also said that even my filter is spoiled and it needs to be changed but luckily new filter was not available at their store. Also they were not letting me go near my scooter and said cameras are placed everywhere, but to show the spoil parts they were letting me go near my scooter, what a perfect setup by their team. I was bit restless so I just went near my scooter without their permission and at the same time the mechanic was fitting my actual filter which was not at all spoiled and when caught the manager said that we had 1 second hand filter and we are putting that without any additional charges and you can replace this filter with the new filter during your next visit. But that was actually my original filter which was not spoiled and mechanics are also well trained to handle all such frauds related to the bike parts. Later when I said my scooter also vibrates a lot in morning they also made me change the rubber belt and problem is not resolved till date. Later the guy filled the wrong pressure of 40 in my front tyre and 32 in back tyre which was suppose to be 34 - 24. While leaving they never even said to ride carefully for few days since they got both my front brake pads & liner changed together for the first time and due to this both brakes where very hard & due to all their negligence I met with any accident within 2 days of the servicing since my tyres got locked even with a feather touch press. Luckily I got skid on a empty road near my office and not on a eastern express highway. I got lot of injuries on my right side of the body and I am still recovering from the same. Wont visit this service centre again.
I will request all the TVS customers to kindly visit the direct company's TVS service centre only or one of your trusted local mechanic for all kind of bike services. Dont visit any of their 3rd party service centers especially TVS supreme Thane. They will also always ask you to fill the feedback form in a positive way which they dont deserve. I didn't fill this during the last service since everything looked very fishy.
All services centers must give right tips to all the riders after servicing especially to new riders whenever needed. TVS headoffice must look into this matter as this can be very serious for other riders in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Staff is very rude. We have not received the vehicle number till date. It's been three weeks since we bought Jupiter from this showroom. If I try to follow up, they wouldn't even respond back. #TVS.
Another update. It's been more than three months since we bought the vehicle from this place and I didn't receive RC Book. I know that it's the RTO's job but on enquireing in the showroom,they won't even respond properly.
P. S. - Showroom charged additional 3k for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with sales person. It was like I need a bike but he doesn't want to sell it. So only need to keep asking him all questions and also he doesn't even brothered to show the bike. Very very pathetic. The Honda showroom was way better than this one. One more reason that I am going to buy activa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Third class behavior by staff. Not at all polite.
2. I didn't get a test ride. I had to go and take follow up back again and again for test ride.
3. They don't respect customer.
4. I did not even get confirmation of my payment on time. Again I had to call them for 8-10 times.
5. While delivering, no one was there to deliver a vehicle. Very poor behavior.
6. I won't recommend this showroom to anyone.
Though, TVS Jupiter is superb.
