★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to give 1 star coz 0 is not allowed.Pathetic to say the least.This builder is by far the worst.Initially looks as if its worth living in but as the tim passes by, all the hidden things comes out.
Worst possible construction.There is water leakage all over the washrooms, from 4 walls in washrooms.POP keeps falling from the bathroom top with ceiling completely wet.Walls of rooms , outside kitchen etc all becoming worst and paint and all removing from walls.All cemented portion visible.This is story of Gardenia building and must be with few more.

They are making homes for people and not house.
They develops the project in such a manner that their customers to get life while living in the Prescon home.
Prescon always has emphasized on taking care of most essential things which are water supply, internal Roads, electricity ..
They are always seeing that the customers money to get utilized mindfully in projects... Like to give big carpet size, Amenities.
Prescon has all document transparency, kind and humble staff and yes off course Directors.
