★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience with Vihang Group, they had a great offer going on for MCHI Thane and the price on offer was tempting decided to go ahead with the property, but due to some documentation hurdles could not make it within the period offer, on a request and some perusal,they offer me an extension of the offer, also helped me out with the Loan processing. In fact had a chance to meet up with the MD which is a very rare case in today's market.The project s located @a great loaction with great connectivity in coming future, also accessibility to daily necessities are close, in case you are planning your future with great ROI this is it to go.Appreciate Team Vihang.

There will be lots of litigations on project where in this developer is involved. He treat people inhumanly after sales and dont stand on his commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very worst experience with this group. Vihang infrastructure Pvt. ltd doesn't deliver a single properties timely manner. I booked the flat in 2011 project called vihang valley phase -3(RIO) current scenario only 20th floor in progress. In my Sale deed and agreement clearly mentioned possession date Dec'2017. Till Today I am asking for delay reason no response either from Vihang Management nor responsible staff. Even if I wrote them 3-4 email no response. Construction quality is not upto the mark. I have multiple investment in Mumbai but I can say one of the worst developer till today unfortunately i encountered.Till today there Director( Mr.Yogesh ) give us false promises. Don't Trust on their Marketing Head Ankur Tandon ( He is the biggest lier) this universe. 30/Jan/2019 no update on possession date last month i received internal plaster invoice. Please don't invest these kind of developer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very worst experience with this builder. I booked flat in their so called premium project called Vihang valley in 2011 now its 2019 but no possession till date. Staff is very arrogant. "Customer is King" only till you pay them booking amount after that no one will entertain you. Quality of construction is really bad internal fittings are sub standard and not at all preminum as this builder claims.If you dare to talk to higher management then you will realize the level of arrogance . They will make you realize who are they and what they are upto in Thane. In short, be very careful while investing your hard-earned money with this group. Each and every promise or commitment they made to me are turnig false.If you see any 4 star or 5 star review for this group be wise to investigate it before believing it?
