β β β β β Let me start of with the pro's:
The showroom is good. They have at least one model of all the bikes from the entire range available at display. They happily offer you test rides for the bikes. The entire booking process is a breeze.
Now the con's:
The after sales service of this dealership is the worst! First they take some time to start the process of vehicle registration. And even in that, they somehow manage to mess up the details on registration. I brought this to their notice, upon which I was assured that it will be fixed. This was 5-6 months back.
I've called them up multiple times, visited the dealership and mailed them to no avail. They give any random reasons and avoid the work.
In the end I had to get the details corrected myself.

β β β β β A very courteous staff that talk politely to the customer no advance bookings needed for the test ride ... if they have your desired bike theyβll surely arrange a test ride for you just make sure you carry your driving license along
A spacious royal enfield shop with loads of merchandise and goodies
Including helmets and jackets, riding boots and wallets etc . A very nice place for the Royal Enfield enthusiasts ... also when you book a bike from here they ask you that whether you want to be a part of the royal enfield riders group which hosts rides every month so that you get a message whenever theres a ride so that you can confirm your ride
Apart from that they give delivery fast as compared to the other Royal Enfield dealers

β β β β β Great place... lovely ambience. All royal Enfield models are displayed under one roof. I would like to mention sales executive Tousif siddique who addressed my queries throughout. Initially I was bit confused with the colour choice and customisation of the bike.Really appreciate suggestions given by him.Took delivery of classic 350 chrome bronze and am very happy with the purchase.

β β β β β Here are my observations when I visited the showroom to test ride Royal Enfield Himalayan 2022:
1. The test ride model was subpar. The people there were aware about some of the flaws yet the model was not serviced. Brakes were not functioning. I think the battery was dead too. Overall ride quality was clunky; the vibrations around 4-5k rpm was enough to annoy any rider. This is a big safety issue considering many people will be riding the test ride models for the first time.
2. There have been several upgrades in the 2022 model but they are still passing around 2021 model for test rides.
3. Based on the above two points it is ridiculous to expect customers to make a call on purchase.
4. The service & courteousness of staff was abysmal. I interacted with 3-4 people. Besides 1-2 the rest are in severe need of soft skill training and handling customer requests.
5. The presales experience was poor and hence, I can just assume how the post sales experience will be. I would prefer being an opportunity cost for Soniya motors.
6. Royal Enfield as a brand has no unique selling proposition except the model can be repaired by any roadside mechanic due to their archaic build. This is the only reason a lot of customers like me give it a preference over others brands. I hope RE is able to make up for the flaws in build and design with better service and customer experience at their dealerships.

β β β β β Test ride and first visit was smooth. Booked fireball red. Had to wait for almost three months after which a customised bike (white with some accesories) was offered, which I accepted. But price was hiked even for the base model. At delivery invoice was not given. Also was told to cancel the previous booking for which the refund remains pending. Post payment they took just 3-4 days for registration, which was good. The push for accesories was undue which I didn't like. Also the invoice has been missing which seems fishy.
