The name of this company should be snail service instead of air flight because it is sp slow , delayed that normal delivery takes more than 10 days. Even the tortoise would have been winning the race again in comparison to the delivery speed of this courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option for negative rating otherwise i would have given negative rating.Don't go to this courier service. Reasons are as below:
1. They do not have their own delivery system. They use DTDC, professional etc. courier to deliver it. So expect 1-2 days delay in between process of transfer. I gave them item on 10th Feb, they shipped it on 12th night by professional courier causing 2 day delay.
2. The owner promised me to deliver the item by 13th feb, not delivered till 17th.
3. Owner is arrogant and does not behave properly. When I complained for delay in delivery, she told me to check with professional courier (their third party vendor). If they are providing service they should talk to their vendors, why customer will talk to vendor? They were not accepting their mistakes.
4. They have no ethics, no respect for customer. Owner started fighting instead of being apologetic.
