★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very harrowing experience with trackon couriers. I had a very urgent package that had to be delivered. I had to send a courier from Delhi to Chennai and had a very generous timeline of 4 days. I dealt with their Dwarka branch and they promised to deliver the package within the time as they use airway for all their deliveries they said. The package was delayed by a week and then I got a message that it was delivered however it was misplaced by the Chennai office and they are not taking any responsibility for it. The recipient has not received anything and its a big fraud on their part.
I feel that since its a small item of business compared to the large number of packages that they deliver everyday, therefore they are treating these matters very lightly and not acting in a responsible and ethical way. I am absolutely harassed and stressed by their unprofessionalism. Its a great setback to me personally and caused me a lot of stress. Further, I want to highlight the following points:
1. The grievances and complaints tab on their website doesn't work.
2. The haven't provided any email address online for complaints.
3. If you call the customer care helpline, the call doesn't go through and gets dropped on its own.
4. The local representatives are uncooperative and rude.
