★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst service..the behavior of the Girl sitting in the receptionis very bad . His behavior like, she is in a government job..my urgent documents sent but the same has been reached at destination after one week. So dear friends don't send your courier in dtdc please..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was difficult to find but service was good. Timely delivering the package. But you don't keep the record of delivery system during delivery time on the other hand. Even Tracking number doesn't work. It's really tough to find misplaced package. Luckily I got the package but can't trust the delivery hub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay, 1st of all, i’m sorry but i have to say, the customer service is not good. the woman in the reception?? i think, doesn’t speak properly, always frowning. and screams like a witch at her associates. and i think their scale weight is heavy as well. i weight my parcel there it is 12kg, but when i weight it again on Indian Postal service, parcel was only 4kg. I don’t like what i experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given a document for courier on 30th Dec 2020 and their employe said if I will do normal then the charge will be Rs-195 and it will take 3/4 days time to reach Bangalore if I will do express then it will be Rs-295 and it will be delivered next day that means 31 Dec, but today is 3rd of Jan 2021 still it is not delivered and as per tracking record its showing holiday in Bangalore. But I spoke with our office scourier/courier they said Sir our office is open 24/7. But not received my courier. I think I have done a biggest mistake in my life that I have avail dtdc courier service. In future I will not repeat it again. Worst courier service. Blue dart is always ahead.
