They always answer their phone and call back if they have missed a call. I highly recommend them to any one living in the Dwarka area.

To airmax team...keep doing what are you doing and spread happiness amongst community with your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest Fraud in this industry, the staff is illiterate they blame customer for their behavior. I opted for corporate connection, they make fake invoice with false information. Like I selected 10 MBps plan and they say it's only for documents but in reality you will get 2 mbps and in reality I am getting 91 kbps (proof attached). They charged me ₹25000 for installation and ₹2500 recurring monthly. When I called their executive, he said share Anydesk ID with us will fix it, provided consent to access my company system, after few minutes he said I am unable to do anything. Then, I told him it's your internet speed that's not allowing you, FYI I have their 10 mbps unlimited plan on the record. I was really frustrated with his stupidity, and finally I asked what is the issue as per you. His response - maybe your electricity is low, I think he is not in senses when he pitched this plan for a full fledged electrical parts manufacturing plant. Then he says maybe weather is causing theses issues, on this part I lost my cool and dropped it. So this is the ultimate truth, this company won't deserve any place in this industry, whoever is exploring their services I recommend you to go for big brands like Airtel they charge more but it's for the after sales support and customer satisfaction.
Update: adding invoice which I get every month, let me know if more information required. I'll contact your team on one condition, you have to publicly apologise for your executive behavior first.
