★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 28 December I called to your sales representative. He suggested me for 6 month plan. I made payment via upi rs3532.. After few hours technical person came to my house and said pp box is not live for connections. You have to wait for 2days. I waited for 2 days again they said to wait for 2 more days thereafter for 15 days more. I requested them for refund and they disconnected the call. I visited airtel store for the same but no solution. I got call from their side. The person was saying this is pre-booked. You will get refund after 45 days. Made 2 times calls to customers care and they said your request has been received. You will get sms regarding this and will get refund in 7 working days. But no confirmation till now. You can't steal customers money like this way. Your behaviour is very unethical. Kindly refund my money.
