I will take this company to the consumer court.
Please dont dont take anything from them, using your phone internet is better.
No internet, no service, and only lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekaar service hai, week me 2 Baar call krna padta hai, ek complaint Ko solve krne ke liye Pura din wait krna padta hai. I wouldn't suggest to anyone to buy their services. I am very disappointed with their services. And also their installation and security charge is too high compare to other.

Complaint against diksha. Said by 4 o'clock net will come
Made call at 4.15- she cut my call and behaved as if she cant hear me
I call again and this time Mohan picks up and refuses to give phone to diksha
Mohan said by 5 o'clock net will come
I call at 6.30 p.m - Mohan doesn't answer the phone there is 3rd person
He says it will come in 45 min
All this while they refused to give me a compliant number
TAKE ACTION AGAINST ALL THREE OF THEM

2 GIVING FALSE INFORMATION
3 MISINFORMATION
MY WHOLE DAY OF WORK HAS SUFFERED BECAUSE OF YOUR NTERNET

I contacted Airnat for Internet connection. They assured me that they can provide internet connection within 72 hours for your location and asked me for 6 month payment in advance. I trusted and paid them around 5K. But 72 hours gone i didn't get any call from their side and then i contacred them againa and again but they satrted giving me excuses this and that. I followed up daily but everyday came a new excuses and same kept on happening again and again for one more than 1 month. After that they said that we cannot provide connection for you locality but if you pay 1 year advance payment then they can provide. I got frustrated and finally said i do not want any connection and give my money back (5k). For giving payment they also delaying and giving me excuses that today our account is closed this and that. Then I visited their office in NIT Faridabad. In office reception girl Priyanka was there i told her the full story and asked please call any senior person. She said your money will be refunded by to tommorow then i simply asked her to write on mail i will leave. She said i do not write any mail because i dont have authority. I said call any responsible person so that they can write mail. She was very unprofessional and she abused me and asked me to shut up..! also said there is no senior person in our office. Finally i said them if you are not giving me my money i will go consumer court. They used my money for 1 month and i have suffered immence pain, the girl priyanka also tried to threaten me of a fake police case and said i will put you behind bars for coming to her office and asking for my very own money earned with tears, sweat and blood.
My experience is saying they will use your money for 1-2 month and give you excuses till then you visit there office.
So please don't go with Airtnat Internet. And be very cautious of dealing with Ms. Priyanka as she can misuse being a female and try to bully and get you arested in false cases as well, i managed to come out safe from that office but would not recomend anyone to go there and take internet connection from Airnat.
