★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the last 4 days or more than 100 hours there is no internet. I have called them up many times but nothing happened. If you are thinking of having this internet provider think twice before you make advance payment for 6+3 months Rs 4000/- there is no after sale service. Local people who installed the connection they don’t pickup the phone Okhla office just gives you vague replies. Be careful . Don’t waste your money. Sunil Chhabra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much poor quality and not any response when we call anytime and he is says it's a 100 Mbps speed actual it's give you only 15 Mbps speed and some time internet is not working and issues resolved in 2 - 3 days which are too much horrible for me and other users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not seen such service till today which I am suffering now, The vendors who are operating these channels (SGM nagar NIT Faridabad) not only have time to placed wire either there is no money to
purchase wire, because I am wating from last 7-8 days for installation but still there is no responce over there.. they are only doing the fake commitments that it will be done by today,but still I am waiting from last 7-8 days, so you better know the values of the company ..
If the starting stage like this then what is the after installation services !!

The one if the worst braodband ever seen ever used. The customer care are doing the fake promises and local team is not attenting and taking the customer serious.

Waste of money , mobile internet is better than Excitel broadband. Very poor speed, frequently droppage, and very less range Excitel commiting 5 meter to 10 meter but if you sit another room it is very difficult to connect.
