★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Internet service ever. I have been trying to get my connection shifted for last 15 days. These people have no professionalism all they know is how to take money. No coordination between the staff nor these people are result oriented. Taken my money and not giving the services. Every time I call them they have the same answer 24 hours mei WiFi connection laag jayega but nothing happens. DON'T TAKE SERVICES FROM THEM. WORST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and very poor internet .Excitel is such a scam that once they install the internet they wouldn't even entertain your call. They can hang you without internet for weeks saying it will resume in next 2 hours or next 4 hours . Local team will never help you as they are always busy with I don't know what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would cry if you opt for this service. I've took their connection for 3 months plans. Services did not work for 10 days in total (WHO IS RESPONSIBLE OF GIVING THE MONEY FOR THOSE 10 DAYS). They won't resolve your queries on time. No resolution at all.
You will only regret opting the excitel service.

Not recommended to any one instead of this go for airtel or any other brand.
