★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy with the quadplay service till last February 2021 but then it service deteriorated a big time. Now Every month I encounter LOS red light issue atleast 10 times a month. So much problem .

Very poor service
unprofessional staff
frequent disconnection.
my internet went dead and no one came for 3 days, and this is this is normal time for them. Hope you can understand the level of service they have.
BETTER GO FOR OTHER BRAND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust or use this internet service provider they are thugs, they just want monthly bills after that they will forget also they do not pickup your calls for complaints logs only drops the payment reminders or disconnect the connection if payments are not made. Do not use there service they are thugs not a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service.. internet is so unstable and even after increasing the speed to 200mbps it's so slow..Tried to complaint but either customer care don't pick phone or just mention standard lines.. no resolution.. looking for alternative. If given a chance don't go for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever .. no customer service provision if your internet comes down u yourself have to figure out how to get it back online .. because they don’t pick your call.. and you keep getting those payment messages even though you have already paid the amount.. I don’t recommend it to anyone ..
