★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am facing network issues from airtel since last 6 months. I am unable to use internet services. Had raised numerous complaints, but customer care representative denied to lodge complaint. One thing i also want to say that cc representative are very loud and didnt give any solution. They misbehave badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Airtel sim stopped working, Airtel store denied to replace the sim for free and charged me 100 Rs. When I checked with customer care, I was told that the sim will be free if it's not working. Bihar will never see progress if these illetrate people will work in places like Airtel Store.
