★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you value your time, don't even think about visiting this particular store. Staff is not trained and the person owning the franchise is not bothered to run it properly. Service is just simply pathetic.
Side note to Airtel - selecting point of contact such as these shows why you have declined so much. Shows how much you care about your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of customer support, even my newspaper vendor gives better support than these people.
Let me share my experience:
Due to some urgency I applied for broadband connection and within an hour a person from this store calls me for telling various plans of broadband.
Since it was urgency I paid and that too the plan he told me was most profitable. He said he will install within 2 days.
And that was the last day he himself called me for further contact. It was very irritating that everytime I called him he either rejected my call or just ignored.
And unfortunately after weeks or 2 I was forced to cancel subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was too bad for the store there .just for port a sim to airtel I was waited for 1 hour but it was hardly 5 minutes work and there staff come for only spend time not for costomer services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very satisfactory. I anyway have to do the thing that I was avoiding. And the biggest negative point of airtel is that they have closed their vijaynagar store (near Singh photocopy opposite pind baluchi restaurant). It used to be so convenient there. Wish they reopen it.
