Unlike regular customer care centers, there is no attendant available to address the issue.
Careless staff treating customer queries with no attention was my experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get 2 of my phones repaired. Parking may not be available at site. The staff is really helpful and polite. I foumd some people were angry with them because of the problems in their handset. I found staff very cooperative and willing to help i got both my phones repaired quickly. I suggest if you go here for repairing spare some time from schedule and try and understand the problem that they try to explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst , its been multiple days , they booked my connection , took 6 months payment in advance but now not installing the connection saying there is some tech issue. my WFH is getting impacted due to this , I sent email to apellate , no proper action , their folks dnt pick up calls, they dnt reply even after seeing msgs on whatsapp, this was not at all expected from Jio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pay them 1500 rs for jio fiber 3 days ago even then they do not come for installing the setup ...not pick up the call and not replying of msgs properly....they just said we come in a hour and Not come ....dnt waste money here ....not a good professional behaviour....
When i call them that i need jio fuber connection they came in just 15 min in one call ....after collecting money they not coming for installation
