Bad place . Unmaintained unhygenic. Couldn't explain with words. How can be government and people be so irresponsible for such responsible activities which are fundamental rights of people. Generally I see such lack of responsibility and carelessness in cuttack. Being the oldest town it has not any qualities to qualify even for a village . Villages are at least clean.
Drains everywhere . Roadworks being carried out for months. No care for peoples just political games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs show interest to handle the issue. If someone is coming through Jhilasahi route as per the Map, it will finish at the basement of the building where parking for outsider is not allowed. Rather come from KFC side, then there is no issue.
