★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking with customer over phone very rude, very reluctant to provide a valid information asked by the customer, I obtained a duplicate SIM in the event of my mobile became stolen, usually after gaining a duplicate SIM services resumes in within 4 hours of time but these people they have not yet processed my request, they even charged me for this SIM, which should not be because its postpaid number. This is Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Behavior is very rude. Don't know how to handle customer. Provide wrong information. Take false charges. For any SIM change as per Airtel, no charge is required. But they charge Rs. 50 for SIM change. For any service, it needs to visit these store at least 4-5 times. Poor to poorest service provider.

Initially i was having little concern however they turn to be complete opposite.
