★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees here are sympathetic and helpful, but the counter for customers are on the outer side of the building, as a result the customers have to que in the hot summer without fan and without any seating arrangement.However, considering my age they allowed me to seat inside. BSNL should arrange for proper seating arrangement for all customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and delay in customer service. There is no improvement in their service. Office staffs never come at prescribed /right time. No one listen the customers with due care. One person says go to that person and then that person says go to another person. Ultimately you don't get any solution of your problem untill you get fade up and burst out. Totally exhausted at their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs r good and cooperative but lack of infra here, my Jharkhand circle Sim was not be able to port to kolkata circle, they advised to contact CTO at BBD bag Kolkata.
Service should be single window system for customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where other are going to implement 5g then BSNL not provide 4g even till now. When I went to change my 3g BSNL SIM to 4g then a stuff did it but his behaviour was not proper but another was good.
