★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually m not getting internet properly so i visited airtel store located at Nalasopara West. executive name priya , i told her to do sim replacement she asked d reason for same I told her abt my worst experience of internet of airtel, but in the name of solution she was guiding me for online solution...... as a customer if I want to do sim replacement, I CANT coz your executive do want to.........
This is not called Customer Service.... there is no Satisfaction of customer ...... they are guiding customer as per their convenience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using SIM for more than 5 years now. & thanks to Airtel's so called outdated system... Have done KYC twice till now... But.. Now SIM got blocked saying No KYC done yet...& suggested to switch for billing only for next 4 months to retain the no. or else won't b able to use it...My Simple Question is.. How I m able to use Airtel services till nw without KYC...??
Disgusting service.. Indirectly forcing to go for billing (way of unnessary pull out money from customer's pockets)...Good Scheme to increase company valuation... Portable is also not possible as No network allowed on current SIM. Nice way to Checkmate ur customer.
Dear Airtel.. I m ready to give away my no. but not going to give u free money of my hardwork... Try to increase network quality rather than doing this froud gimmicks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst airtel gallery in nallasopara west.. they make public fool they charged me 299rs for port and did recharge of 270rs.. ultimately I got less data plan, I went to their store and had chat with lady manager she told me that we charge 30rs for port and their employee told me we don't charge single penny for port just you have to do 1st recharge from our store.. so while cross-check between employee and manager she started to give many different excuses.. pls be aware before porting to airtel

He want to complete this monthly sale of postpaid connection so he's telling me ki prepaid will get in postpaid....
Worst service by airtel provider......
