★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Pathetic service. Good looking shop with two polite female executives who face you and that is perhaps the only positive experience which I had here.
I wanted a fibre optic internet just 500 metres from their shop (sector 4, b-6, shanti Nagar) and hence requested a technician for a site visit so that I can also install mesh network in my house for seamless work from home set up.
I can only listen excuses why things cannot be done. Two people (Darshan Jain and Ansari) visited my house with zero technical knowledge and I was coaching them how to look at router positioning. Only thing these guys are keen on is to get a document signed from society which I was completely fine.
It's been more than two weeks I am just continuously following up with these guys and they only give me false promises. I am sure in any other professional setup these guys would have faced consequences for taking customers for a ride. #airtel #sunilmittal
I plan to escalate this to highest possible level in next few days for such a poor service quality and response from Airtel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to port from Vodafone to Airtel and this is my first experience with Airtel .Day 21/11/21 (Sunday )time 3.20pm and the store is closed . And on google it is showing open .later I called on the number provided by Airtel.Bot answer the phone by saying the store is open .
