Work process is still old book. One has to make several visits for complaint.
No complaint number no TAT.
Call lagta nahi.. lag gaya toh bas yahi sunne milta hai...
Hojayega, aajayega, abhi 5 min me technician ko bhejta hu, 5 min me connection hojayega, aadhe ghante me... Ek ghante me.. karte karte din khatam hogaya.
Agle din same old story...
Not to mention about the charges to put up on new connection , re connection , set top box hd box.
And the biggest complaint that i have is that people want proper genuine legit receipt for any payment made.
Please work on better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider in the Naya Nagar area, I will appeal to all the people to shift to DTH service. Seven Star cable service is horrible in terms of customer management . If anything happens to your cable they don't respond however, if they visit to repair it by mistake then it will cost you your entire day. Horrible service in Naya Nagar. Phone most of the time is switched off, but one thing they do the best is collect money from unsatisfied customers.
