All time different person.
Its irritating now. Its a request to who so ever concern person is. Tell your staff not to call so many times for renewal. Even we know our pack is getting expired. If we want will recharge. But stop calling again n again for same thing. Its disturbing a lot. Have even requested many times to Keep my no. On DND - still its the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have created a menace since the past 2 years. I have no other option but to stick to their sub par service. No aspect of their service is even barely minimum according to the standards. Their customer care executive is rude and transfers the call to a blank line where it keeps ringing. Their internet keeps going off every second day citing "technical problems". They don't provide any compensation for the time and money wasted because of the internet outage and lastly their payment collection team spams with calls a month before the next billing cycle is due. Their technical team will come to resolve your problem at their own comfort and still not solve the problem. Only if someone took their customers' feedback seriously, hathway would be a better company with more and happier customers.
