★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider in Mira-bhayander and worst customer service ever experienced. Every second day there is some or the other issue. If you call customer care they don't answer your calls and by mistakenly if they answer your call, you explain them your problem and they will assist you saying our technical team will come to your place by today evening to fix the issue and that evening never comes. I have taken 3 months plan for which you have to pay 2250 Rupees in advance and trust me out of 3 months hardly 1 month your internet is active and rest of the time it is off. I have raised complaint 4 days ago no one has come yet. Still awaiting my issue to be fixed. It's time to stop using their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had it for 4.5 years (from 2017) at the beginning it was one of the very few affordable broadband with high speed in Bhayander. But over the years quality of service has decrease drastically. Lots of disconnections throughout the month. Sometimes downtime of 3-4 days for laying cables or something but no compensation for such big downtime. Also current prices are way higher than other local ISPs. Finally grew tired of frequent disconnections and downtime and cancelled the subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Network worst : Every week or month there will be a problem and you have to call the customer service.
2. Customer service : They wont pick up your call
3. Professional : They are not professional. They cut the cable of the competitors or they will cut your cable.
4. Recommendations : I personally wont be recommending this boardband service to anyone.
If you guys want to take chance to take this service, i know you will also be disappointed.
Go for other service. They are better.

SIR.....Mobile data pe toh barobar chalta hai. tum logo ke through problem aara hai.....how can you say game ka issue hai aapke technician head me bola tha game ka issue nahi hai swiftnet ke through issue hai!!!!!!

.Every single month and even week you will face internet issue and u have to call them (which they don't usually pick up)
.Once An whole week the internet service was down.
.I wish i didn't waste my money on them.
.One of the worst internet service provider.
.Worst customer service even worse then those bank employees.
.They close your account even if you are just 1 or 2 day late to pay but they will not solve your issue that you are facing from like 8-9months.
.If you are into gaming this broadband is worst You will face constant packet losses and high ping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer calls. Their customer service is really slow and pathetic. They do not ask and do a renewal on their own. Website is not secure. Their app doesn't work. Altogether, not even an option to consider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there are any lower/negative stars here to rate them, I would have given that. They're the worst i have ever seen. All the reviews mentioned here are apt. Every now and then they'll have issues and the customer care number is left unanswered. If you finally get through the lady is so arrogant and won't fix the issues neither will send an engineer to troubleshoot. Pathetic (no) internet service provider.
