★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic follow up services. Unfortunately I am paid for the year and will switch as soon as the contract is over. Half the numbers remain switched off or not reachable and internet stays down most of the times.
Extremely unreliable people to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. Never pick up phone. Internet down almost everyday. Ek saal ka paisa deke das Gaya. If we go to their office at liberty garden they are very rude and uncooperative. Disgusted. Most of us work from home and if we depend on their net services we will be thrown out ofbiur jobs due to poor connectivity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Fiber Internet service providers in Mira Road. They never pick the calls and every alternate days there is internet down issue. They dont really bother about the service and the customer. I dont know how One Broadband gives them service to provide with such bad quality.
