Zero professionalism, zero problem solving.
Only cheap package but after service slow and improper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever ever use their service. Total waste of your money. Internet service is very bad and their customer care executives are even worse (they do not even have someone like that to listen to their customer's problems). Every other day they have issues with their internal connections which lead to outage of internet (which never gets fixed). They give false claims of 'unlimited high speed internet" whereas they can't even provide a stable internet connection. If you have no other service provider, better stay without internet but don't prefer these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. Today is my child's exam. Yesterday payment done before the expiry and also intimated via call but still not renewed also 2 mob no. also switched off. Internet was down often between the month. I will look for other option if service not resumed in 5 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello I live at Eden Rose Complex Kanakia and I am a customer of Net5 Broadband for the past 3 years Their service is good and most of all they have no downtime. My kids and my wife work from home and during the lockdown there were no internet service providers supporting us employees who work from home..but Net5 Broadband were really good with top notch customer service..I recommend their network to one and all.they have 3 offices one at Queens Park then second one at Kanakia and third one at kashimira .Hats off to the owner also who is very supportive..
