★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken a 16 MB plan but the speed that I get is 3 MB 4 MB .. after complaining, for 1 day I get proper speed the next day again to 4 MB 5 MB. NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT FALL FOR THE WORD UNLIMITED as the speed and services they give are pathetic. Instead go for a MOBILE HOTSPOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using the service since 3 months now. Poor service, internet disconnects frequently. I used this to work from home. Internet disconnects at 7:00 am daily for 10 minutes or more which affects my work. Will look for a better service provider at the end of this bill period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, internet disconnects frequently. Bought 20 mbps plan and still face speed issues while working at night. Worst customer service, have called them thrice to come and check the router to know if the problem is from my side. Still no sign of any service man from last two weeks.
