Spoke to miss kirti in regards to a new connection it was hasel free..
She is an asset to furturenet..
I was also given proper timeframe for the installation with a decent tonability..
I have usually driven you guys to page 3 times of india as well to new connections switches..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST ISP PROVIDER IN MIRA ROAD.
Every week there is an fibre cut. I don't understand I am paying for my benifits or there's. WiFi is down every week for at least 3-4 times. Customer support is hell nobody responds and argue on the call even if it's their mistake. They say technician is coming home but didn't turn up after 2-3hours. Also it takes 12-14hr to solve the issue very much irritated and frustrated with the service. No compensation for the days wifi is off.
I request you guys don't use this ISP or you may suffer. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the worst staff...I have already paid a bomb to get the intallation but please donot get in thier trap thier wifi still works fine but in case you have any issue they have highly arrogant ladies who first of all do not pick up the call and when they do
(luckily) and you question them on their service they will talk to you with the utmost arrogant tone! I have encountered this multiple times.
Highly unprofessional staff on the calls.....but they will inculcate all the professionalism when they have to ask you for monthly or yearly recharge.
DONOT EXPECT ANY HELP FROM THEM IN TIMES OF WIFI DOWNTIME!!
