★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not taking required precautions during this covid. Today my net was down so i called up and informed them the same they sent there technician without informing me. I don't wanted technicians to come in because of precautions reasons. Since i live on ground floor he came to my window and asked me that he needs to check router told him not required i have checked and ita working fine you please check out side connection still he insists to check first my router wire. he was not wearing gloves nor he senituzed his hand and took my router wire out. After that he said router is okay and he went to check out side connection. after that my net started working.
here the point is they should try to solve problems from outside first. but they insist house visit first. second there technicians not using precautions guidelines. that is wearing gloves and senitizing hand before and after touching anything at customers place. This is not only for customers safety but for safety of there technicians too since they are visiting many places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have complained of network issues 5 days ago and there hasnt been any action from them even after following up rigorously. Once you are their customer, just pray that you dont have any network issues or you are screwed. They deploy all their staff for new connections, existing customers who have paid the annual subscription fee are of no value to them. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and very very bad connection won't recommend anyone to go for joister service provider. Worst experience. Don't go for it. If you call customer care they simply cut you're call without bothering and listening to you're question's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst service providers. If you raise tickets they being resolved without your issue getting solved. The staff keeps telling the technician will be there tomorrow but its been more than a week. Also the main customer care number does not work. Its a fraud company with no professional ethics and responsibility for customers issues. This WFH I've realised what pathetic service I bought into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service of joister net provider. My 2g works far better than joister. Plz don't purchase any subscription later on you will regret your decision. Joister is not even capable of 1 star rating. Soon they will be on the verge of closing there branch it really sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, every week maintenance breakdown lot of speed fluctuations. Unprofessional staff, no technician visit if any problem arises. I get better speed on my data rather than wifi.

I had been facing issues since 2nd of May. When contacted they said technician would come which never happened. Today after trying there office numbers which was not responsive i escalated it to there representative Satyaprakash, he said there is manpower shortage and if it is urgent I should get my router to the office. If this is what we get after making the complete payment in advance I would recommend others to go for other service providers who would be providing the same speed in a lesser amount (Considering the other service provider quality to be same as Joister)

They won't fullfil their words once you are done with payment.
Frequent net fluctuation. Specially upload speed.
If you are taking for office use then it is definitely a NO.
Since office applications use upload speed too along with download unlike YouTube which only use download speed.
