★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am working from home and my Internet service is down since yesterday, have tried making 100 calls all the number are either busy, forwarded or switched off no way to reach someone who can answer the complaint..Very unprofessional...I even tried messaging one of the numbers on WhatsApp the person would not respond to those messages either..Worse experience
In Reference to the above complaint, I received a call from the owner (Jitu), he explained what the issue was and that he couldn't call every customer due to staff shortage, However the issue is now fixed and internet is running just fine..Besides this problem, I must say that I have been using their service for the past 1.5 years and I will say this with pure honesty, that this ISP is one of the best in Mira Road, Speed is constant as promised, no static, no fluctuations..This was the first time I had an issue and was upset that I couldn't get in touch with them..But after the owner called and explained I understand the circumstances, hence I would like to change my review and Thank Jitu for the courtesy call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and good service. But I am a bit unhappy with the speed, my YouTube and other site videos take time to load and buffer. Apart from this using it from past 1 week, wireless service is good.
But after one month of use, their website is down, and they have not given me the recipt of my subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you re working from home, never go with such independent ISPs these are not worth a penny, they ll even make you lose your job. You ll always have downtime and worse no customer service...all the nos will be either switched off or not reachable.

I will start with the request placement for a connection. Their service was prompt, rates were reasonable and yes their reach in Mira Road is great, specially Kanakia and GCC area. They have installed my connection on the very same day of my request.
The connection was stable all through the year, never faced an issue on speed drops, service issues, etc.
While dealing with local ISPs, I have always noticed that the service person never promptly responds or sometimes they don't pick up calls until they find a suitable answer for the query, and that builds up your anxiety and dissatisfaction. But here the case is different. Their engineers are very responsive. Call the owner, Jeetu Bhai at midnight, he will pick up your call instantly and if the issue can't be resolved at that time, he will give you proper justification and also give you a definite TAT. You just need to give him time till what being conveyed....and that's done.
I vouch on my words that the service of Airlink is any time better than Hathway and Tikona like big brands who charge you much, make you wait for your problem get resolved, and take their sweet time to respond.
Don't think this is a paid opinion but I am overwhelmed with their service and make out some time to write this lengthy review.
