★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new guy handling the Mira Road Side is totally irresponsible.For past three weeks I have been facing problems.I cannot trust my wifi even for 10 minutes.It keeps going down every few minutes.Even after calling 100 times this new guy is not sending anyone to check and repair.Not picking up calls.The Old guy Amit was a good and trustworthy Incharge but sadly he got transferred to somewhere else.And since then the Nightmare has begun.Worst speed and consistency.I bought annual package last month only and now I have to go through all this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even worst then Third class and tatti service... No customer service at all.. Good speed but of no use as it goes off after like every 2 hrs.. Staff doesn't knws how to talk to a customer...would suggest.. Better switch to some other service provider.....

My only feedback is they should increase the staff so that complaints could be resolved faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service ever, most of the time we do not have internet connection. To add to the misery we have already paid the whole year subscription amount. I guess they dont assist tht customers who have paid in advance. I actually wanted to rate it 0 but had cant cant as there is no option for it. Horrible and frustrating experience.
