★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trusted and took 25 mbps plan but their system don't even gives speed to 2 mbps also. Within 2 months, I have called their technicians 5 times and they used to give silly reasons of router and device. I use iPad and they say it's your device issue. Trust me it's waste of money. Go for airtel xstream broadband that is wonderful. Thank you??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes their net goes down and connection is not consistent. But most (99%) of the time the connection is fine. I am using their 50mbps unlimited plan which as of the writing of this review costs INR 700 per month. I often used more than 500GB of Internet data in a month and speed remains constant...they really have truely unlimited plans with no FUP. So i think its the best deal. I moved from Tikona to their service quite a few years back and don't regret it at all ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best internet service provider in our locality. The internet speed & plans are also good. In addition to this, their team is very proactive in communications and giving responses for any of the issues that you come across.
Highly recommended if you are planning to get new Internet Connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician went to my neighbors took his router...instead of apologizing blamed them.and without informing cut my connection...initially was good but net drop ever 1 hour sometime no net for 4 hours..not refunding my money in spite of them cutting my connection. Pathetic customer service.Rude staff.
Ps:They refunded my amount.
In broad daylight..in afternoon its was dark?if u jst take some1 router without any checking any1 will behave like that.stop blame start accepting ur faults

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M from sanghvi nagar, n using internet spacenet since 3 years it's been working with zero down time, n internet was hardly down in 6 month's for half n hour.. n I really appreciate a lot spacenet....office was open and they helped us in lockdown also where other internet providers office was closed
