★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, the staffs most of them are stupids including Manager also. They are thinking that SBI is their own property and we are beggers and begging the help to start a new account, one staff named Varun in clerical section is delaying the process to open a new account since the time I approached them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a serious note you should really upgrade your staffs, they're not interested in helping customer query. And may be the system also isn't centralised as when I called your call centre she said it depends on the branch which you go. So I didn't understand the purpose of call centre?? If it depends on branch then please stop wasting money on their salary. The staffs in mira bhayander branch aren't interested at all to serve customers. "Wo branch me account open kiya tha waha jao" is their reply even without letting me complete myself. It's really pathetic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lady who is sitting on counter no. 1 speaks very rudely & thinks as if she is the owner of the bank. The worst experience was on Counter no. 1 . The lady is so much rude that she thinks that she is the owner of SBI bank.
The way she speaks is very rude & encourages her other staff also to speak the same way. Better to replace with another one who speaks humbly & politely.
Worst worst worst worst worst experience everything I go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service.....worst branch of sbi ever seen in my life...totally un cooperative and lazy staffs. They will never ever make a single DD from this branch will always pass on the work to other branch. Please visit the kanakia branch of SBI it's very cooperative and here the staffs are really hardworking, they will never give any excuse like these do .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI head office please listen - the staff of this branch is pathetic, useless, goes on long luch breaks, makes customers wait infinitely while they chit chat on their phones, doesn't be have the basic etiquette/manners to speak customers, makes you run from one counter to another typical of a government in office. Your salaries paid to these people are all going down the drain. Better make them learn something from private banks like an ICICI or HDFC.
