It feels like a very less organized and low maintained branch of BOI.
The staff is fine, they are professional no doubt about it!
Service hours are also being followed, covid-19 rules are followed respectively.

β β β β β The bank staff is so so rude towards their customers..always throwing attitude,they never answer to your query properly,very poor service and experience with some of the staff members in the bank.
Also they don't reply your e-mails on their official mail id..not at all co-operative.

β β β β β Pathetic Bank with inefficient & arrogant staff. None of the staff is ready to help. It seems to be like a senior citizen staff bank whole staff is lazy. Deposit ATM next to the bank is always & always out of order. Cashier at the Bank is such a lazy lady that even a child of 4th or 5th standard will work on PC much more faster then her. She takes atleast 5-7 minutes for a single person weather it is deposit of money or cash withdrawal. Please Please never ever open an account with such a lazy & inefficient staff of Bank.There is no Negative rating here or else I would have given minus -10 rating for the Bank.

β β β β β Had a terrible experience visiting this branch of BOI.
Had gone to pay PPF for a friend, however Mrs. Johnson from branch blatantly lied by saying PPF systems are upgraded and it can only be paid in home branch. So much for digital India. After speaking to someine in this banking sector, I was informed its a lie. Banks can accept PPF money from any branch.
Also, saw the casual attitude of staff. An old lady at the branch was running around to get a passbook since last 4 months for her RD and same Mrs. Johnson said, try back next week, servers are down.
DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. such behaviour is unacceptable.

β β β β β Poor service. Just to change address in bank, they need adhaar card and electricity bill copy. Which is fine. But they need full copy of house agreement. Why is that required ? What is the use of adhaar and electricity bill copy then ? They just want to move customer from 1 counter to another. Useless staff.
Everytime same experience. Poor service .
Bank band kar do ya staff accha laao jo kaam karne me interested ho

β β β β β It is the worst bank I've seen in my life. The employees in the bank don't have manners, how to talk with customers.
The manager of this bank talks to us as if we have taken a loan from him. And the Old lady I don't know her name but she is the employee of the bank and behaving like she is the owner of the bank. And she really don't know how to talk with people worst staff.
Please learn some basic manners... And the worst part of this bank "SERVICE" D grade service they will provide.
Please don't open an account in this bank if you love your money and time.
