★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Staff on service desk counter no. 8 is very rude and doesn't bother to answer simple questions. Also, no place for parking even 2 wheeler. I would rather do all my work online than to visit this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was mislead by few people that things move a little slow in this branch. I found that staff has evolved and most of the queries are answered in a quick manner. Queues are there in few regular transactions counters cash usual. The operations are more streamlined now and better than ever. The staffs are courteous and friendly. There are self help kiosk, customer care, and ATM available, but my last visit made me feel confident to come back to the branch again for any queries.

Some staff's very nice and Watchman/gaurd Helping nature and Asks for wearing masks and using sanitizers some people aren't bothering what's the problem is..
