★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst gym i have ever been to..its more of a professional place where you have to complusarily take PT otherwise its up to you ,if you can yourself come and do gym. No trainer is approachable,they just want money and only then they will tell you..I have been to many gyms before ,every gym has a card where your daily exercise schedule is maintained trainers guide you help you correct you ,but here you wont get anything .Just pay money and then see how their behaviour changes

If you are looking for PT for any goal just go blindly with trainer "Mr. Nixon" he is full off oceanic knowledge about fitness and he is always honest, passionate towards his clients..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all supportive staff and trainers. You won't be advised or supported by any trainer unless you opt for a personal trainer. They don't offer to make you the basic workout sheet. Plus, the space really gets crowded in the evening. The washroom is placed at a very odd location, a couple of machines are missing and the overall space is quite small. Money minded trainers, will not help you if you aren't doing your workout properly or your form is not correct. They give membership at different amounts to different people. Very upsetting experience.
For all these reasons, I switched back to my earlier gym - Fitness Factory.
