Staff is rude , and really insensitive about any answer to question!
Bank is supposed to be service provider , but the staff of this branch pretends to be the king/queen and treats every customer like slaves!!!!
Worst experience, I have never seen any bank staff behaving like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I closed my account in June 2019 completed whole procedure for closure of account and still getting non maintenance balnce messages from bank. Thankfully I took bank statement after closing account which has proof that they deducted closing charges also and kept my account active
