Now a days in most branch people are ignorant which i experienced in andheri yes bank. But this branch made me feel to be connected with yes bank. Specially to.mention niti desai.s name as excellent service skill along wt sandesh.(attentive)
Hope all branch of all bank follow this kind of service passion.

Have closed all my account with them and will never step in yes bank again.

Let me share my experience..
I have this account from then 5 years. Couple of months back I lost my wallet, so visited this bank to issue me replacement Debit and Credit card. That is when I updated my correct home address so that the cards are delivered at my home.
After waiting for 2 weeks, I received my debit card but not the credit card. Waited for few more weeks but didn't receive my credit card.
I walked upto the bank again and I was shocked to know that they have correctly updated my address on my Saving account (I wing), but then on my credit card they updated the address as J wing. I fail to understand even after giving all the address proof how can they update 2 different address on same account.
Approached the bank and they asked to wait for a week and they will update the correct address internally. After a week I again went to this branch and they have done nothing. They asked me to fill the forms again and then the correct address will be updated on my credit card account. In return I asked them if they can guarantee that this time my correct address will be updated to which they replied that they have no control on it.
Now I have 2 address on my same account and till date did not received my credit card. I think this is big integrity issue as any can order the card and misuse it.
However, I blocked my credit card and decided to never bank with Yes bank. Going to the bank to close my savings account also.

Their services are good and staff is friendly but in my last couple of visit I have spent minimum 30mins in the branch for the work that should take not more than 10mins. The branch manager is taking daily hurdles during customer timings and expecting customers to wait for 45 mins(I actually waited for 45 mins). I had to barge in post which hurdle was stopped. Today i saw a huge fight in the bank involving branch manager. I again wasted my 30mins in bank just because there was chaos between branch manager and staff. Branch manager should conduct daily hurdles and discuss other issues during non customer hours and deal at the bank level instead of making it public. This is my first ever such experience with this bank. It was astonishing to see such a hostile environment
