I just reached at 8.45 he was closing that I told him I just called you that I am coming...and it just 8.45 pm...but they didn't listen to me and said come tomorrow...very bad experiences...even they don't know how to talk with the customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because they have good stock of medicines but service is bad . The main owner Mr Yadav is good but unfortunately he is unable to maintain the staff well who misbehaves. I use to regular buy medicines from them as I stay 5 mins from their shop but after a bad experience I am okay to go to mira road station and get medicines from there. So if you value customer service, this shop is not for u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with the doctor Dr Yadav a young girl just passed out her medicine a few months back, daughter of Yadav Uncle from the pharmacy shop. Such terrible attitude misbehaviour with us just because we asked her the name of the medicine. She shouted rudelt back at us, refused to give us any medicines and asked us to leave. We requested her to atleast give us the name of a medicine ro buy from a homeo pharmacy, she randomly gave a false name which does not exist, we checked the name on google with different homeo doctora, but such a name does not exist. Yadav uncle, this young lady doctors father at the pharmacy store at the pharmacy store gave some sugar pills who knows what he mixed in that or just mixed only alcohol as there is no existence of the name prescribed by that lady foctor. Its a father and daughter duo fraud. Pls do not go there. They dont give genuine medicines and charge a big fee.
