★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and Pathetic services, I have been facing bad internet connectivity issues on a daily basis and the internet speed is mostly much slower than the speed as per the subscribed plan.
Post complaining, the technician will come and perform some sort of things and fix the issues temporarily, however, the issue/problems always start again after a couple of hours or the next days thereafter.
please don't go for LBS...worst, poor and pathetic services, or else you are going to regret a lot and your hard-earned money will get wasted too.

Their wifi connection are just like medicine doses works three times a day also no response from customer service, no proper guidance, no proper connection just taking away all our money and fooling on the name of fiber connection
Please do not go for these as they give you certain plan and close that plan simultaneously and say you that your money is not refundable.
So please don't go for these WiFi fooling connection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider. Only solution they have is reboot your router. And for slow speeds connect LAN cable as Wifi will only give so much speed. I'm using 3 Internet services and this is the worst. I have same Fiber connection from LBS and JIO with same speed plan. LBS gives 20-40mbps whereas JIO gives me 98-100. There are no packet loss or retransmission whereas LBS has almost 36% retransmission which explains their frequent internet drop but LBS is under denial and will not take any action to resolve. Since stars are mandatory, I have to give 1 star but they are not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are several connectivity issues with this internet. Everytime the internet goes and comes.
The customer service is pathetic. They don't take any effort to fix the problem.
If you want to save your money, don't buy this internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a single month of uninterrupted service . Right from the time have taken the service. Almost every day the internet fluctuates leading to disconnecting on online calls. Customer service is unavailable post 7 pm. What's app msgs don't get delivered. And at gge give of sales you're committed 247 customer support. PATHETIC SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total waste of money. Worst service provider. They just test the patience of their customers. WiFi does not work for at least 2-4 hours each and everyday. And I think they only have one technician because the technician takes 24 hours to visit your home. Literally pathetic. Bloody just cheating their customers.

In my life till date I haven’t been dropping emails to any net provider how much I’ve been doing it here for a year I’ve put down 4 complain emails with no improvements at all. There is zero corporation done here from their end, the worst customer service ever. All the technicians & operates do is behave rude and be of no service. It’s all dirty and they don’t even receive call at all. No help, nothing. But would love to take money for over a year and provide zero service. If you wish to learn excuses about work, learn it through the technicians and the office operators. DIRT AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, WORDS AND TIME THROUGH THIS SERVICE! It’s best if they shut it down. All they do in office is act rude and argue with every customer on call and on face too.
