★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i am having bad experience with Customer Relationship Center Nariana Vihar New Delhi.
There was no one available for any assistance, i waited there for almost 15-20 minutes and no one bother to assist me.I went over there to upgrade my 3G Service to 4G but getting pathetic service at the center.
I was standing in front of the service desk to ask my query and the person just walks aways without any excuse,its a simple curtsy you should ask a person with a simple words like please have a seat i will assists you.
I felt so disparage and approces to the next desk and the guy was busy on the phone hence i waited over there till he fineshed her talk.After conversation on phone i ask the guy name Shiv can you please help me and the guy didnt bother to answer anything continuosly ignoring me, i still waited for next 5 mins hope to get the answer of my query and again ask the same question and again not received any positive response from the relationship guy.
I am stunned that at the relationship center these type of employes are working who manners of the customer handelling and such a unethical behavior towards the customer make me feel so trivialize.
This was the second time i visited that center and again such a awful experience makes me feel not to use any futher service and new service of Airtel.
Thanks for such a disreputable relationship center at my location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just wasting customers time. Un trained staff. And fraud airtel. Airtel should be punished with 100 more crores of a panelty. For updating of addhar no. Airtel has intentionally closed the sim serservices. So that customer need to change the SIM and have to visit the centre. And these untrained staffs and fraud airtel keep your sim not activated for more then 7 days. What a hell. Service centre full of peoples with sim change requests. Airtel is wasting the time of customers.
All of now airtel upper management is just full of idiots who are just sinking the best ship of airtel.

yesterday I bought a sim card and is not activated yet. customer care says there's some problem in the sim. now the store staff is not even picking up the phone. fake number is provided to the customers.
