★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pathetic experience in this store. There are two ladies named RASHMITA PATRA and SUSHREE MEGHNA who called them as Managers at that airtel store behaved really rude.. They had behaviorial issues and up on asking about their managers they said, they r the ones who run it. and strangely they don't have any airtel IDs or email IDs. they didnt give the basic information and illogically argued saying WE CANNOT HELP. really very very pathetic service and i dont want to give a one star rating as well. would prefer giving a zero rating if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found things improved as compared to my previous 2 visits, especially the customer interaction quality has remarkably improved. Is it because number of customers are less now ?But surely disappointed to note that the portal was down yesterday from 2 pm to 6 pm ! Couldn't activate a new SIM ...... Airtel needs to improve on technology. 4 hours of downtime in today's world is unthinkable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl attending to me didn't show the courtesy to be meted out to a senior citizen customer. She ordered me to take out the SIM card and hand over to her. All the instructions from her were commands like... Go stand there for photograph, give your original documents, give your alternative number etc.
Not used to such kind of bad manners.
