β β β β β Worst experience. The staffs are misguiding by giving false information. I had gone there as my sim card was not working. There was no signal and i was also unable to see the contacts in my sim card.the person at the store told me that vodafone has deactivated ur sim as u ve not recharged since a long time. The only solution is that u vr to convert ur prepaid sim to a postpaid sim. Then only a new sim will be given to you. I didn't listen to him.
The very next day i got a new prepaid sim from a different mini store without any problem and everything was fine.
So i request vodafone to fire such people immediately as they are deteriorating the image of the company.

β β β β β This is mini store. Oneday i visited the store to change the postpaid sim to prepaid one. They were unable to provide me a prepaid sim so i had return.
